Abstract The next generation vehicular networks would be expected to support a wide array of cutting edge applications concerning intelligent transportation system (ITS). Due this reason, the scale and complexity ITS-based compute-intensive tasks has exhibited phenomenal increase will continue grow in future. Thus, large quantity data requiring different levels processing is generated, that necessities need in-vehicle computational resources as well collaboration from technologies like, cloud computing. This led development paradigms such vewehicular computing (VCC) (VEC). Although VCC provides rich servers process but it affected due long latency instability connections. In contrast, VEC compute closer source offset relatively higher task requester should able perceive communication environment so allocate effectively. essential utilize both capabilities create collaborative network can cater demand networks. A distributed orchestration framework (DTOF) supporting Vehicle-to-Vehicle based scheme been proposed utilizes movements along urban roads for creation edges. an innovative light weight string algorithm on hashing technique. performance DTOF evaluated extensive simulation by considering Chandigarh city road maps obtained results exhibit satisfactory orchestration.
